Super Busy Mom Finds The Secret to Training Success!

"Now that I'm a Mom, I feel like I have a hard time getting my workouts in. I get really irritated when I miss my planned workouts. Have you ever felt that way?

I never thought that I would be in a place in my life where I would actually skip workouts. All you who are super busy can relate with me. Having a child and being a mom is amazing, YES!, but it’s quite humbling when you come to the realization that your time is no longer your own. There are days when I literally do not have the time to do get everything done.

The challenge is that as mom’s we have to stay healthy for our kids and regain the strength and stamina we had prior to having kids. I now realize and have learned that we must make it a priority to stay in shape but we must be more practical with our time.

I've picked up some good ideas in the last 18 months. Here's a REALLY good idea to help you get the most out of your workouts. My husband Franz and his friend Geoff Neupert, Senior RKC, are putting on an one day seminar to teach really busy people how to get faster results from their kettlebell training.

I completely agree about the busy mom life. I have two little ones, ages 2 and 10 months. I just started kettlebells because my cousin told me about it and she slimmed down very quickly after her second child. I have struggled to slim down after my second pregnancy and am now at a standstill. I haven't been able to loose even one pound in the last couple of weeks and am super frustrated, so I thought I'd try kettlebells. So far I am liking the quick workouts, but I'm doing it on my own without an instructors as I am nowhere near a facility that offers training. I am amazed at how you slimmed down so fast Yoana, you are my inspiration. Thanks for your blog.
