Routine during pregnancy!




I am feeling better and better!!!


It is amazing to know that a beautiful girl in growing inside me.



One of our workouts we (me and my baby) have done is :

* Romanian S. L Deadlift 6/6x5
* Hight Pull + Snatch 6/6x5

* Pull Ups 3x3
* MB Slams 20x3

We are so excited about this new change in our life!!!!!!!!

yes congrats!! Me and my wife just found were going to be expecting... oh man we need to start a kettlebell camp for kids! were they do nothing but kettlebells and eat steak and potatoes. and they grow up to be like kenneth jay. hahaha

I will show shannon your blog and laurens, as she has been wondering about what to do, to stay active.
