Can Ropes Really Improve Your Movement?



If you are a strength coach, trainer or fitness enthusiast who stays current with the times, you no doubt understand that the brain never thinks of activating individual muscles. Thanks to pioneers such as Vladimir Janda, Stuart McGill and Gray Cook, we know that the brain operates in terms of movement patterns and never thinks muscle isolation. The days of stupid bodybuilding nonsense being applied to the general public as well as to the preparation of athletes is hopefully coming to an end.
