I finally got around to watching this...better late than never, lol! I did use this, what I call a "downstroke transfer", on 'the fly' during the Level 2 Max Vo2 boost protocol testing and I just need more practice.
I need to find that spot to get a solid grip just before the hand switch to snatch...I found the first snatch after the switch to be difficult to lock out my elbow.
I'll keep trying because I'm testing again soon. Thanks
PS I'd rather have your 'ripped abs' than 320 snatchs w/12kg in 10 min, LOL! How do I get those?
