Gorsky Lunge 3 x 8/8 (Double 12 kg KBs)
DB Military Press 3 x 5 (12 kg KB)
Swings 3 x 20 (12 kg KB)
Up & Down Plank 3 x 4/4
Snatch 10 x 10/10 (1 minute rest between set - 12 kg KB)
