More Kettlebells during my pregnancy

I took Franz class today. It was an awesome class!!!

We started with a circuit of 3 exercises:





Gorsky Lunge 4 x 6/6













Renegade Row 4 x 5/5











Swings 4 x 10/10















The second circuit was:




See Saw Press 3 x 5/5


















Suicide Cone Sprints 3 x 5 cones
